How it works

Delivery orders may be placed from the time we open (that day), up until 1 hour prior to close. If a delivery order is placed after the ordering window, the order will be sent out first thing the next day. For example, if you place a delivery order at 6:30, it will be delivered that same day. If you place an order for delivery at 7:01 pm (between Monday to Friday) your delivery will be sent to you the next day, once we open. Delivery is available 7 days a week!

In order to qualify for your order to be sent with our delivery team, your pre-tax total must be greater than $35. Once your order is greater than $35, the option for delivery will appear at check out. A delivery fee of $2 applies to orders which fall between the minimum qualifying amount, and  $49.99. Any subtotal $50.00 and up receive free delivery!

Our delivery radius is approximately 10 km from participating locations.

All orders for delivery must be placed online, and pre-paid by credit card.

If you are having trouble with your order, please call the store for assistance. Note: If delivery does not appear at check out, it could be a case where one or more items in your cart are not available out of one location. For example, if you choose a juice which is only available in Kitchener, and another item which is only available in Waterloo or Stratford, it will not allow for a delivery option. Our staff can assist you over the phone if needed :)

Please have your ID ready when our driver arrives. All customers must be 19+ to order and receive their package. If sufficient ID has not been provided, the items will not be released.

You will be contacted via SMS Text or Phone Call when your delivery is on the way

STV will contact you if weather disrupts your delivery.
